Dan Scheunert, President & CEO

Dan has more than 23 years of business experience, including stints at Dunn & Bradstreet, Thorne Ernst CAs, and Bell Cellular. An entrepreneur at heart, Dan possesses a rare balanced background that affords him the insight required to understand the numerous complexities faced by senior executives in today's business environment.

Dan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Queen's University, as well as being a certified Microsoft Engineer.

Derek Karam, Chief Marketing Officer

Derek is a seasoned professional services architect who specializes in marketing, sales, service program development and consulting. He joined OnPath in 2002 and for the past 15 years has been a leader in emerging hardware, software, ISP, ASP and telecommunications technologies. At companies such as Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq, Nortel, and Bell Canada, programs that he led have been recognized as "best in class in business history."

At OnPath, Derek is responsible for OnPath's sales and marketing functions, partner management program, and serves as a Chief Program Architect for F1000 and emerging growth companies. He holds a BBA in Business Management and an MBA from Lansbridge University.

Peter MacKie, Chief Operating Officer

Peter has more than 25 years of experience in business operations. During an 18-year tenure at the Time Group of Companies, he held senior roles in numerous divisions, concluding his career there after serving for 10 years as Vice President & General Manager of Time ICR.

In 1999 he co-founded Mitercom Inc., a startup in the speech recognition space, serving as its COO until 2002. He joined OnPath the following year.

Marty Knight, Vice President of Marketing

Marty has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and operations management. He possesses a solid background in demand generation programs, strategic marketing and contact center management. He is a results-driven executive who consistently delivers higher corporate profits, and he was instrumental in helping OnPath double its annual sales between 2003 and 2006.

Marty is an honors graduate of Algonquin College's Marketing Program.
