Position Overview

The focus of this position is identifying and soliciting potential clients, reviewing and adapting information regarding products, competitors and market conditions. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to problem solve, work well under pressure, have past sales experience and have a strong knowledge of IT methodology and processes. CRM Consultant - Salesforce.com

Position Overview
OnPath is currently seeking a SalesForce.com / CRM Consultant for our Professional Services team.  The SalesForce.com / CRM Consultant will working directly with our CRM clients, completing such tasks as requirements analysis, business process analysis, system design, modifying existing functionality and developing new customizations to fit the needs of our customers. This dynamic position provides the opportunity to work with a variety of high-profile clients on projects that utilize an array of different technologies. Responsibilities will also include data migration/integration, 1-on-1 and group training, project management and completing functional documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, lead and participate in both internal and external planning and analytics meetings.
  • Document client requirements to support the implementation plan.
  • Manage technical challenges during implementation projects.
  • Install and configure both simple and complex CRM solutions at client sites.
  • Develop CRM solutions with clients that satisfy their business needs and processes.
  • Make modules to optimize existing solutions using a variety of technical tools.
  • Build integrations to external applications using CRM tools when required.
  • Participate in pre-sales consulting exercises with the sales team.
  • Participate in project management functions, such as the documentation of project planning and scope, as well as post mortems to ensure quality.

Technical Skills

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in the implementation and/or customization with CRM (SalesForce.com, Sage SalesLogix, Pivotal, MS CRM, etc), or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc) applications.
  • Relational Database (Microsoft SQL, Oracle) experience, including development, installation and administration.
  • Detailed technical experience with some or all of the following technologies: ASP/ASP.net, C#, Visual Basic, VBS, JavaScript or AJAX development experience.
  • Report development using tools such as Crystal Reports, MS SQL Reporting, and Cognos BI.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications is an asset.

Junior Database Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a full time permanent Junior Database Developer to provide backup to two Intermediate Database Developers.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and document user's requirements.
  • Write Crystal Reports.
  • Load data to and extract data from various data sources.
